The Most Outstanding Service Experience Ever!

Hello and welcome to My Steam Cleaner, Inc. I’m Mike Cardenas the owner of My Steam Cleaner, Inc. Professional Carpet &  Upholstery Cleaning. We have been serving Miami-Dade and Broward County since 1987. I’m glad you found this website and have the opportunity to become an educated consumer.

There are many unscrupulous carpet cleaners out there that will take advantage of unsuspecting homeowners. There are also many companies that offer extremely poor workmanship. If you’ve ever hired one of these companies in the past, you can relate to what I’m talking about. I’m sure it’s not an experience you’ll soon want to repeat. This site will give you the information needed to find a quality and ethical cleaning company in your area.

If you would like more business Cards, please call our office at 305-223-2121.

Sincerely,

Mike Cardenas
President of My Steam Cleaner, Inc

This stuff goes on every single day – and it gives our industry a bad name.

Every day we get calls from prospective clients who want us to tell them exactly what it will cost for us to go to their home and clean their carpet/tile/upholstery. After we explain why we cannot tell them that over the phone, as we have not seen their home, they want a “ballpark” amount. We then get some pertinent info and we can usually give them a “range” that it might cost, all things being equal. Then they wonder why we charge more, because “XYZ Company sent them a coupon saying that they would do their whole house for $49.00.”

Finally a news organization set up a hidden camera to help educate consumers – just as we have tried to do since 1996. It shows exactly what happens when you call a “bargain company” to come out and work in your home. Either you will not get what you thought you were paying for, or you will pay a lot more money for what you get. Sometimes both will occur.

If you just look at it from a business standpoint – why would Company B do a job for $89 when Company A told you it would cost $200? Isn’t Company B as good as Company A? Can’t they command a market price for their services? Doesn’t Company B have to pay for labor costs, equipment, cleaning supplies, insurance, employee benefits, office space, marketing costs, professional fees, etc? Or is Company B a guy with no training who rented a Rug Doctor at Wal Mart, and operates out of the back of his Honda Civic?
